LAKE ACCESS AND SEASONAL NOTES
Please note that this is a **lake-view property** and does not include a private dock.
Lake access is available via Anchorage Marina, located approximately 0.3 miles away. During peak lake season, guests may walk to the marina to rent boats and enjoy water activities.
From October through April, the lake level is lowered and marinas are typically closed.
PET POLICY
Up to two dogs may be permitted with prior approval. A $125 fee per dog applies. Excessive shedding or damage is not permitted.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

As a family of five, we have spent years exploring and enjoying the beauty of Rabun County. We were drawn to the area by its pristine lakes, scenic ridge lines, and the quiet rhythm of mountain life. Over time, it became more than a destination—it became a place where our family gathers, unwinds, and creates lasting memories. From watching morning fog roll across the mountains to sharing stories around the firepit and wandering these peaceful acres, this area holds a special place in our hearts.
